1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Jaipur Packers and Movers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Booking and Quotes

All quotes are based on the inventory and details provided by the customer at the time of inquiry. The final cost may vary if:

• Additional items are added to the inventory on the day of the move.
• There are changes to the pickup or drop-off locations.
• Special handling is required that was not previously disclosed.

3. Packing and Transportation

Our team will handle your belongings with the utmost care. However, we require customers to personally secure valuable items such as jewelry, cash, important documents, and small electronics before the packing crew arrives. Jaipur Packers and Movers will not be liable for the loss of such items.

4. Insurance and Liability

While we take all precautions, transit insurance is highly recommended for all inter-city moves. If you opt for transit insurance, any damage claims will be settled according to the terms of the insurance provider. Without insurance, our liability is limited strictly to the service charges.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled moving date for a full refund of any advance paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
